Welcome to Bug Bug!

I’m Lorilin, a stay-at-home mom in Chicago who reads books to stay sane. Even though I spend most of my day looking after my lovely and wild children, I always make time to read—mostly fiction, wellness, and memoir, with a few cookbooks and gardening books thrown in the mix.

I rate all books on a scale of one to five ladybugs, so my favorites will have these little guys floating by the title 🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞.

I have a problem?! NO YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM! More books…even though I don’t need them. Cuz I have like 200 books that I still haven’t read. In my defense, I’ve already finished two of these.

BEAUTIFUL WORLD WHERE ARE YOU took me forever to read. I had to put it down constantly at first. Those long chapters on Brexit and climate change and the meaning of beauty? Blech, no thanks.
